Medicated depression, day #904
I'm home again after traveling abroad, slept really bad and caught maybe 4-5 hours each night. When I came home yesterday afternoon, I unpacked my stuff and went to bed .. 7 hours later I woke up and were still tired. Stayed up a few hours, took more pain medications and went to bed, another 7 hours ... and I'm yawning my jaw out of joint.
I'm a few weeks into medical weight loss, have lost a few kilos but not as many as expected, talked to a doctor and we came to the conclusion to switch out the medication I'm currently on, pills, to an injection medication instead, giving myself injections once a week is far less "logistics" than taking a pill, wait 30 minutes (preferably more, like several hours), have breakfast and take my other pills.
I'm waiting for the package to arrive this afternoon, injector-pen and instructions how to take it, inject it, dosage and whatnot.
I haven't felt any side effects of the pills and I hope the injections won't come with any either .. heard about getting constipated and having other issues.
