Medicated depression, day #670
Home today, I were so tired when I woke this morning that I called in sick, felt like I had just closed my eyes for a few minutes.
Had a light breakfast and went back to bed, slept some more, woke up and went to pee, started listening to a podcast and went back to bed, fell asleep.
Up later to drink water and pee.
Still feel pooped, I went to bed quite early last night, around ten o'clock and woke up around six this morning .. between these points in time I apparently didn't get any quality sleep.
Mood-wise I'm in a solid "meh" state, no peaks and no walleys.
Work-wise I'm quite happy with my assignments, have done some really interesting jobs, some in sensitive contexts which I can't disclose anything about.
