Medicated depression, day #140
I was out with friends walking yesterday after some kerfuffle with a doctors appointment, the notification of the booking were referencing a physical meeting at the care center .. while the appointment were a phone call .. so I went there and discovered that it was a phone call. Anyhow, I got my sick leave extended to the end of the month and also getting the percentage changed, so next time I go for work I should start low with 25% or so. Even the doctor thought it was a little too aggressive to have 3 weeks of leave and then start off with 50% ..
Went home and rested for a bit, then my friend called and asked what I was doing, since I was idly browsing youtube videos, we decided to meet up, they, friend + girlfriend (soon to be wife) whom I had never met before picked me up and we went to a recreation area, walked a trail of 5 kilometers and then some, so I did about 11000 steps and 8.5 kilometers in total yesterday, my feet hurt today.
Earlier today we went to see son play football at a field across town, I found somewhere to sit and watch while wife went to her business and emptied the car from her stuff as it is going to be sitting in our parking spot for four weeks with start from tomorrow. When the game ended my sons team had lost, 9 goals to 1.
Went shopping and wife treated me to a coffee while going shopping for small things she'll need during her stay up north. A much needed coffee since I had a beginning head ache which went away after half an hour.
My back and feet hurts, need to go vote before they close the election station, EU elections.
