Colleague same-o
Arrived at the office this morning and a colleague who have been on sick leave and been working part time since he crashed a few months age, was in today.
Talked a bit about depression, insurance and another colleague showed up. Went to the coffee machine and talked about the dark thoughts, the colleagues thoughts are very similar to my dark thoughts, similar theme ..
"You're not good enough", "Nothing you do matters", "Why don't you just hand in your resignation?", "When are they gonna discover that you don't fit the position?", "You're a fraud", "Why are you still here?", "You can never accomplish anything" .. and so on.
I almost cried. Felt that I'm not alone.
